The Abbott sisters are back on the scene. Eileen Davidson gets more airtime as Ashley this week. She has an exchange with her TV son-in-law, Bryton James’ Devon, on Friday, July 24.

Beth Maitland returns as Traci, too. The character takes a big risk to help her family on Tuesday, July 21, and shares scenes with Susan Walters’ Diane.

Doug Tompos resurfaces as Dr. Nowling. The ophthalmologist examines Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) post-surgery with an emotional Victor (Eric Braeden) by her side on Wednesday, July 22. Thomas Scott weighed in on Nikki’s current health crisis and why it might be her biggest ever.

Lauren Koslow continues to sub for Jess Walton as Jill Abbott. (Check out a critique on how she’s handling the assignment.) Look for Billy (Jason Thompson) and Sally (Courtney Hope) to discover that the character is keeping a secret on Friday, July 24.

Roger Howarth gets prominent screen time as Matt Clark. He airs on Monday, July 20, Tuesday, July 21, and Wednesday, July 22 opposite Joshua Morrow’s Nick, Michelle Stafford’s Phyllis, and others.

After all, Markham’s home was filled with books by Alan Laurent (Christopher Cousins), Martin’s twin and the man he pretended to be on many occasions.

When Diane brings this idea to Traci, she’ll believe the only person Martin may spill any information to is her.

Diane may be apprehensive of Traci reaching out, considering her history with the psychopath; however, Traci will insist.

Added teasers suggest that Traci will take a major risk for her family, so despite her fear and nerves, she’ll push the button on contacting Martin.

What will Martin’s response be?

Lastly, Kyle and Victoria will exchange some secrets.

This sounds like the twosome will get closer, as they often just fight when they are together.

Still, Kyle is on a mission to bring down Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), so is this a bonding session with Victoria or an attempt to gather intel so he can strike back at her dad?

The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that all arrows are pointing to these two hitting the sheets, which is bound to upset Victor … and possibly Claire Newman (Hayley Erin), too, so it’ll be interesting to see just how Kyle and Victoria end up ‘connecting’.
