The Meeting She Left Five Minutes Too Early

Nobody at Bold and the Beautiful’s Monaco meeting saw this coming. Ridge Forrester and Brooke Logan were staring down ugly sales numbers when Steffy Forrester checked her phone one too many times, waiting on Finn to land.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: RJ and Electra Team-Up for a New Challenge

She told her father and stepmother to behave themselves and slipped out to go be reunited with her husband, certain the room would still be standing when she got back.

It wasn’t. The second she was gone, Fanny showed up with news that landed like a live grenade: she’s doing Katie Logan’s new fragrance line now, because Steffy Forrester had already told her the company was fully committed to Daphne’s project instead. Ridge and Brooke sat there absorbing it, and neither one looked especially surprised.

Brooke Logan Wastes No Time

Brooke didn’t need much convincing, and honestly, she’d already been building toward this moment for days.

She’s spent the entire Monaco trip watching Ridge sweat over collapsing sales reports, and now she has proof, straight from Fanny’s mouth, that her stepdaughter is out here rerouting Forrester relationships without so much as a phone call to the family that actually built the place.

Ridge and Brooke shook their heads and let Fanny walk off, but the damage landed exactly where Brooke wanted it.

Back in their hotel room, Brooke complained her sister had ruined something else for her, and Ridge, instead of defending his daughter’s business decisions, told her how much he loves spending time with her. That’s not a denial. That’s a man choosing his wife’s comfort over his own daughter, one soft sentence at a time.

The Math Brooke Logan Is Betting Everyone Forgot

Here’s the thing nobody’s saying out loud in that hotel room: Ridge doesn’t actually have the leverage to force Steffy Forrester out of the CEO chair, no matter how many fragrance deals get whispered about behind her back. Steffy and Eric Forrester each hold 37.5% of the company.

Ridge holds 20%. Thomas holds the rest, and he’s not exactly picking up his phone for family business these days.

That means even if Ridge wanted to strong-arm his daughter into stepping down, the math simply isn’t on his side unless Eric decides to swing his shares against her, and nothing that’s happened in Monaco suggests Eric is anywhere near ready to turn on the daughter he’s trusted to run his company for years.

Brooke can whisper in Ridge’s ear from now until the fragrance line launches, and it still won’t add up to a majority.

A Breaking Point, Not a Resolution

Brooke’s going to keep whispering, Ridge is going to keep looking the other way, and Steffy Forrester is going to come home from her Monaco reunion with Finn to find out her own family already had a conversation about her future without her in the room.

That’s the part that should sting the most: not the fragrance deal, not Fanny’s loose lips, but the fact that Ridge chose comfort over confrontation the second Brooke handed him a reason to sulk.

The equity numbers protect Steffy’s chair for now. They don’t protect her from the exhaustion of fighting her own family every single time somebody hands Brooke a fresh excuse to push, and Monaco was supposed to be a honeymoon, not a hostile takeover rehearsal.

Who’s Really Running Forrester Creations Right Now?

Brooke Logan didn’t need a boardroom vote to start building her case. All it took was one careless comment from Fanny, and suddenly Ridge is right back to sweating over his daughter’s decisions instead of backing them in front of the family. Head over to our Facebook page and tell us if you think this family war ends with Steffy still in charge.
