Sheila Can’t Believe What Steffy And Carter Did That Night | Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers
If you’re like us, you probably watched the final moments of Friday’s Bold & Beautiful — recapped here — while shouting “No, no, no, no!”
at the top of your lungs. But you also knew exactly where things were about to go. Why? Because it’s a path that this show has gone done many times, not to mention one regular viewers could see coming a mile away.
With the help of a particularly inept flight attendant — was she ever going to take away the empties piling up in front of her booze-swilling passenger? —
Steffy got increasingly intoxicated. Not coincidentally, Carter was back at the Forrester Creations offices doing the exact same thing.
His lady love had declared she was returning to Paris. Steffy’s man had betrayed her — yet again — by not slamming the metaphorical (let alone literal) door in mom Sheila’s face.
So when Steffy and Carter finally wound up in the same space, both hurting and intoxicated… well, let’s just say that despite failing algebra and trigonometry, we were able to do the math.
So what will happen when next? Well, the Monday teasers try and tap dance around the situation, saying only that Steffy and Carter “seek comfort” from one another.
But we’re going to go out on a pretty stable limb and suggest that things are going to go a lot farther than simple tea and sympathy. In fact, it’ll probably be more like whiskey and disrobing!
Of course, this being Bold & Beautiful, we’ll also be getting lots of scenes in which Finn — still in Monaco — tries explaining to his father-in-law what went down when Steffy and Sheila crossed paths.
(Anybody else pretty sure we’ll get at least one flashback to Sheila’s eight-toed foot?) As one might imagine, Ridge isn’t going to be responding with platitudes like “I hear you, and I understand your plight.”
In fact, we can’t help think that Ridge will do so much bloviating and shouting that his voice will carry from Monaco all the way back to Los Angeles!
