Days of Our Lives spoilers: OFFICIAL! Nadia Bjorlin reveals shocking news about Chloe’s return.

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that the next time fans see Chloe Lane (last played by Nadia Bjorlin), she’ll have a different look!

Bjorlin turned down the opportunity to reprise the role she left behind in 2023, so now viewers are anticipating Chloe’s return in recast form.

Nadia Bjorlin and Kyler Pettis (ex-Theo Carver) recently sat down for an interview with Michael Fairman since they’re starring in a new movie called Veronica & Julian.

That led to Bjorlin addressing her Days status and whether the role of Chloe might be recast.

There’s been some buzz about GH Alum Sofia Mattsson (ex-Sasha Gilmore Corbin on General Hospital) potentially stepping into the part of Chloe Lane.

It would mean making the character a little younger, but that’s a pretty common thing when it comes to recasts on soaps.

Regardless, Nadia Bjorlin acknowledged that she wasn’t allowed to discuss whether or not Sofia Mattsson might be taking over as Chloe.

The show hasn’t confirmed any Chloe recast news yet, so Bjorlin had to be careful with her words.

However, Bjorlin did confirm that the show asked her to make a Chloe comeback, but she rejected that offer.

Since Bjorlin lives in Ireland with her family, that was a big factor in why she had to decline.

Bjorlin acknowledged that returning just didn’t work for her logistically and hinted about being in another phase of her life now.

Of course, Bjorlin will always have fond memories of Days and admitted it was painful to pass up a return stint, but she had to do what was right for her.

Bjorlin made it clear that if Chloe does come home to Salem, she won’t be the one portraying her.

Based on how Bjorlin worded things and her overall demeanor during the interview, it certainly seems like she knows a Chloe Lane recast is indeed on the way.

“I wish another actor all the best obviously and whatnot if that was their decision,” Bjorlin said as she struggled to tiptoe around the topic.

Bjorlin also seemed to react to Mattsson’s name specifically, so Mattsson could be making her debut as Chloe down the road!

Regardless, since Days at least offered Bjorlin the chance to return, it seems like that helped her make peace with the fact that someone else would likely be stepping into Chloe’s shoes.
