Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, September 4, reveal that Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) will seek Tate Black’s (Leo Howard) help making sense of a weird situation.

There’ll also be somebody spying on Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd), Belle Black (Martha Madison) and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) as the week winds down.

EJ just showed up at the airport and announced that he’d be joining the trip to Italy, so Belle and Chad weren’t pleased over the news.

There’ll inevitably be more complaints on Friday’s DOOL episode as the three of them start their Italian adventure in Rome.

However, there’ll be someone spying in the distance. Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) arranged for someone to carry out his orders after his demise, so his partner in crime may be the one who watches and continues to plant clues.

As for Rita Lesley (Maggie Carney), Days spoilers suggest she may know more than she’s letting on.

EJ put Rita through a grilling session, but Rita insisted she didn’t have the foggiest idea whether Chad and Belle’s mission might lead to anything dangerous.

That’s a big reason why EJ decided to join the trip himself.

EJ doesn’t want this turning into some scary situation, so he’s satisfying his own curiosity and trying to protect Chad along with Belle, too.

Days spoilers say Rita will continue to make shady moves on Friday’s show and perhaps prove her true loyalty has always been to Stefano rather than EJ.

Speaking of DiMera loyalty, that’ll be a tense topic for Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman).

Chanel will worry about the secrets Johnny is still keeping and whatever horrible things EJ has pressured him to do.

Days spoilers say Johnny will want Chanel to understand there’s nothing more important than their family.

Even so, Chanel will have concerns about the dirty DiMera road that Johnny could be headed down.

Over with Holly, she’ll spill a mystery and get some help pondering it.

Holly may bring up her strange interactions with Mason Whitfield (Brandon Butler) and get Tate’s opinion on why this new guy seems to have issues with her.
