The younger generation is taking over General Hospital this week, with several familiar teen characters returning to the front burner while a brand-new face joins the cast in a recurring role. From shocking secrets to unexpected fears, Port Charles is preparing for another week of emotional drama.
One of the biggest returns comes from Finn Carr as Rocco Falconeri. Rocco is back on Monday, August 31, and it appears the teenager will quickly find himself caught up in a secret. Whatever he learns could have consequences for his family and potentially drag other young residents into the situation.
Rocco will also share scenes with Kayden Brenna Tokarski’s Scout Cain that same day. Scout’s relationship with Rocco has become increasingly interesting, particularly as the younger characters begin discovering secrets that the adults around them would rather keep hidden. Their conversation could give viewers another glimpse into the rapidly changing teen world of Port Charles.
Meanwhile, Bluesy Burke is receiving more screen time as Charlotte Cassadine. On Tuesday, September 1, Charlotte becomes alarmed by something she sees or hears. However, viewers will not have to wait long for reassurance. Someone will calm her fears on Wednesday, September 2.
Charlotte’s growing storyline is particularly intriguing because she has been shaped by the complicated legacy of the Cassadine family. Her reactions to danger can often reveal just how deeply the younger generation has been affected by the secrets surrounding their parents and grandparents.
