Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for the week of August 31-September 4 indicate that Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will find a way to let Rachel Black (Lorelei Olivia Mote) know she’s thinking of her.

Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) will also land in the orbit of a new classmate. Plus, Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) will dream big when it comes to her future.

As the week begins, Suzanne Rogers will reprise her role as Maggie Horton Kiriakis, so it’ll be great to see Rogers on-screen again following her real-life medical issues.

Maggie will return in time to join the Kiriakis clan in worrying about the fate of Titan and the mansion.

Of course, Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) is hoping to fix this whole mess by winning $200 million in Monte Carlo.

Philip scored a seat at the poker table due to the $5 million buy-in that Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) provided, but there’s a catch.

Gabi wants to attend the game as well, so Philip has cooked up a story that involves her pretending they’re engaged.

Days spoilers say Philip will offer up a ring so this pretend engagement will look legitimate, but maybe it could indeed become a real one sooner or later.

Since DOOL’s father-daughter dance is coming up in Salem, Kristen will apparently find out about it.

Kristen may be monitoring Rachel’s life from afar and decide she deserves something special from her mom, too.

Although Rachel is starting to understand she’s better off without Kristen around, she may still be touched over the present.

As for Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), he’ll dance with Rachel and make sure she has a night to remember.

Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd) will get some fun moments in daddy mode as well, so Days viewers will want to stay tuned for some cute scenes.

Over with Paulina Price (Jackée Harry), she’ll make Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) her confidant.

Paulina may fear that Abe Carver (James Reynolds) won’t be able to get over the loss of Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford) a second time.

Although part of Paulina will certainly want a reunion, another part of her may fear things are too broken between them now.

Paulina may worry that Lexie will always be Abe’s one true love, but Marlena may not see it that way at all.

Holly will also encounter a new classmate named Mason Whitfield (Brandon Butler), but things will quickly turn sour between them once he learns her name.

It’s possible Mason knew Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) and holds Holly at fault for her grim fate.

Over with hospitalized Joy, she’ll have a fantasy about being Alex Kiriakis’ (Robert Scott Wilson) new bride.

Joy will imagine Alex carrying her into his apartment as they start their married life together and perhaps wonder if she can make this a reality someday.

Although Rita Lesley (Maggie Carney) will get some important instructions from EJ, Days spoilers say she won’t follow them completely and could cause some problems as a result.

As for EJ, it appears he’s on the verge of joining Belle Black (Martha Madison) and Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd) on their Italy adventure, so they may have plenty of complaints!
