General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next three weeks, August 31 to September 18, reveal that there may be some wrongfully accused Port Charles residents.
Some horrible nightmares are ahead for multiple characters, so let’s talk about what’s coming up.
The week of August 31-September 4 will start with Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) taking an after-hours swim in the Metro Court pool, but she may not be totally alone if Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) body is revealed to be in the water with her!
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will also do some digging together, which could bring some snags for Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and his hotel room break-in plot.
Later, Carly and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will bounce ideas around as they settle on a new theory.
Will that involve Valentin and Carly’s top suspect in Brennan’s potential murder?
Carly and Valentin might think Drew’s responsible, but he’ll do something vengeful and perhaps try to steer suspicion away from himself.
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) might face accusation instead if Drew can successfully point the finger at her.
As for Ava Jerome (Maura West), she’ll be nervous about the drink she drugged and will work to keep herself out of any Brennan investigations.
On a happier note, Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) will ramp up the romance in his relationship with Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) and delight her with a grand gesture.
As for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), it looks like he may pull off a big win during the auction of Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) assets and leave Drew livid.
During the week of September 7-11, Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) will do his best to derail Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) CEO career, but he won’t pull it off since she’ll stick to her WSB assignment.
As for Gio and Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) upcoming performance at the Cat’s Eye Lounge, will Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) be a no-show?
That could raise red flags and tie in with the stalker mystery that’s playing out.
If Kai’s corpse is ultimately discovered somewhere, Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) could find herself at the top of the suspect list!
Trina, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) may wind up thinking Willow took drastic action.
The week of September 14-18 could leave Willow in panic mode if she fears Alexis is going to expose the evidence she has against her.
We could be gearing up for a situation where both Nina and Willow are accused of murders they didn’t commit – namely Brennan’s and Kai’s.
Of course, there could be more issues between Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) if he plays rescue ranger for Willow once again.
In prison, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will have to deal with some cellmate issues thanks to Sidwell.
The two of them will be forced to spend a lot of time together as the show gears up for a shocking twist.
Sidwell and Curtis will both become attack victims down the road, so GH writers will start setting the stage for the looming danger at Pentonville.
