People are scared by all sorts of things. Some don’t like bugs, others have a fear of heights and then there are those times when being caught off guard sends chills up your spine.
Something along those lines recently happened when The Young and the Restless’ Eileen Davidson (Ashley) took a trip with her husband, Vincent Van Patten (Ex-Christian), and their son.
“From Hotel Boulderado to Hotel Colorado and beyond!” the CBS soap vet began in a post on her official Instagram. “Speakeasies and healing hot springs. Graveyards and 25 miles on a jet ski.
What a trip!” She went on to share that her husband “booked a haunted hotel” — one that they had no idea about until the couple had been lying in bed and “reading the brochure.” Not only was the hotel haunted but they found themselves in the very “haunted room of the hotel!”
Under the post, filled with various pics from their adventure, Davidson further explained, “My husband and son heard conversations in the middle of the night.
We were staying in the tower and literally had nobody next to us. Above us or below.”
And in another post, the couple was caught sitting in a car and singing their rendition of The Turtles 1967 hit “Happy Together” as their son sat in the backseat…
Was that a pleading “stop” we heard?! “Summer Roadtrippin’!” the actress cheered then went on to state, “Seven-10 hours in the car each day and no one got murdered. But it was close!”
Road trips are the best but haunted hotels… not so much — unless, of course, that’s your thing!
And just like that, Eileen Davidson and her husband, Vince Van Patten, have just celebrated another wedding anniversary after over two decades together.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum shared a slew of photos of herself and her longtime love to mark 23 years of wedded bliss on April 15.
The photos show the couple doing all sorts of amazing activities together, from hiking to traveling around the globe to dates spent at restaurants and other various events, both casual and glammed up.
In the photos, the pair proves that true love keeps you ageless. Eileen simply captioned the carousel of photo memories with Vince, “23.”

In a September 2023 interview with Women’s World, Eileen revealed the secret to their marriage. “Vincent is very good at arranging little surprise things, like an impromptu going out for a cocktail or dinner together – or having a glass of wine ready for me when I come home with a little note saying: ‘How was my lovely wife’s day?’ He’s very good at small things like that,” she noted.
“He’s a terrifically talented athlete, so he’s very good at being available in terms of helping me, teaching me, and coaching. He’s a great dad to my son and two stepsons.”

In addition to making memories with Vince, she’s also been getting in some hangtime with her stepson, also named Vince, during a recent trip to NYC.
“What a great day,” she wrote on Instagram. “Can’t say enough about Cats the Jellicle Ball just mind blowing! Sharing it with my inspiring and gorgeous stepson [Vincent Van Patten] after lunch at Miss Nellie’s? Incredible!!!!!”
