FULL General Hospital (GH) for the Monday, September 7, 2026 | GH 9/7/2026 Spoilers
FULL General Hospital (GH) for the Monday, September 7, 2026, reveal that Port Charles is spiraling into chaos, and several major secrets appear dangerously close to being exposed.
From Anna Devane’s disturbing confrontation with Britt Westbourne to Ava Jerome’s suspicious tick bite and Drew Cain’s increasingly reckless cover-up, the latest General Hospital developments are setting the stage for explosive consequences.
Anna is at the center of one of the week’s most troubling situations. Still suffering severe psychological trauma after everything she endured at the hands of Valentin Cassadine’s enemies and the manipulation surrounding Peter August, Anna appears to be struggling to distinguish reality from the hallucinations haunting her.

Now, she is holding Britt at gunpoint in an isolated area near Mount Emerson.
The appearance of Peter August in Anna’s mind makes the situation even more disturbing. Britt has already endured her own dangerous experiences involving the WSB, and facing a gun-wielding Anna could push both women toward a devastating confrontation.
Jason Morgan may be the key to preventing tragedy. After his own traumatic experiences with the WSB, Jason understands what prolonged psychological pressure can do to a person.
His recent encounter with Anna could have given him enough reason to realize that something is seriously wrong. If anyone can reach the real Anna before she crosses an irreversible line, Jason may be that person.
Meanwhile, Ava has an unexpected problem that could ultimately threaten to expose her darkest secret: a tick.

After Dr. Isaiah Gannon removes the tick from Ava’s head, she becomes increasingly worried about the illnesses it could transmit.
But Ava’s real concern should be where she picked it up. She and Drew recently ventured into the woods to dispose of Jack Brennan’s body, and the tiny parasite could become an unlikely piece of evidence connecting Ava to the burial site.
Drew, meanwhile, appears increasingly confident that his problems are behind him. That confidence may prove to be his biggest mistake.
He is also accused of planting Brennan’s wallet in Nina Reeves’ car, apparently attempting to redirect suspicion toward her.
His actions are becoming more reckless by the day, particularly as Martin Grey grows uneasy about the situation. The more people involved in Drew’s cover-up, the more opportunities there are for the truth to emerge.
Elsewhere, Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s marriage to Harrison Chase could be approaching its breaking point.
Chase continues pressing Lucy Coe to amend her statement regarding the hit-and-run that injured Jordan and Curtis Ashford. Under pressure, Lucy could accidentally reveal information pointing toward Brook Lynn as the real culprit.
If Chase discovers that his own wife was responsible for the crash—and that Willow Cain was deliberately framed—the fallout could destroy their marriage.
At the same time, Michael Corinthos is promising Kai Taylor that Willow will no longer remain a threat to him and Trina Robinson.
With Michael already pursuing his own agenda against Willow and Drew, his intervention could have consequences far beyond simply protecting Trina.
And Sonny Corinthos is turning to Alexis Davis for legal guidance as the fallout surrounding the auction of Jen Sidwell’s seized assets intensifies.
With Anna on the edge, Ava and Drew surrounded by evidence, Brook Lynn’s secret unraveling, and Michael and Sonny making increasingly dangerous moves, Port Charles is heading toward an explosive reckoning.
